Step 1: Restart Your Device
Soft Restart: Press and hold the Power button, then tap Restart.
Force Restart: If unresponsive, hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the device restarts.
Step 2: Update the Game and System Software
Update the Game:
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon and select Manage apps & device.
Under Updates available, find the game and tap Update.
Update Android System WebView:
In the Google Play Store, search for Android System WebView.
If an update is available, tap Update.
Update Your Device:
Go to Settings > System > System update.
Follow on-screen instructions to install updates.
Step 3: Clear App Cache
Navigate to Settings > Apps.
Select the problematic game.
Tap Storage & cache.
Tap Clear Cache.
Step 4: Check Device Storage
Ensure at least 10% of storage is free:
Go to Settings > Storage.
Delete unnecessary files or apps to free up space.
Step 5: Force Stop the Game
Go to Settings > Apps.
Select the game.
Tap Force Stop.
Relaunch the game.
