If your game on iOS is crashing, freezing, or not starting, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Step 1: Restart Your Device
Power Off:
- Press and hold the Side (or Top) button along with the Volume Up button until the power-off slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device.
Power On:
- After the device powers down, press and hold the Side (or Top) button until the Apple logo appears.
Step 2: Update the Game and System Software
Update the Game:
- Tap the App Store icon.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right.
- Scroll to see pending updates.
- If the game has an update, tap Update next to it.
Update Your Device:
Tap the Settings app.
- Navigate to General > Software Update.
- If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
Step 3: Ensure Sufficient Storage
Check Storage:
- Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
