We've been informed that some iOS players are not able to enter the game. According to player reports, the game stops in the loading screen without displaying an error. 

UPDATE FROM APRIL 3:

Thanks you all very much for your patience. We've just released a game update to fix this issue. Please check the App Store for v34.2.1 (420). If you don't see it yet, it should be available to you very soon. Once you're in this version, we expect that you'll be able to start the game without issue.

🌷🌷 We understand that due to this issue, some players were locked out of the game during our Spring Event. We've extended the Spring Event by 4 days to ensure that everyone has a change to complete the challenges! 🌷🌷
