Yes you can. Please follow the below steps:
On your (old) device that includes the progress you want to keep:
1. Open Text Express
2. Open the Settings menu via the cogwheel icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner.
3. Then tap on the PLAYER PROFILE button
4. Sign into your Facebook account by tapping the SIGN IN WITH FACEBOOK button.
On your (new) device where you want to continue playing on
5. Install Text Express if you haven't already
6. Open Text Express
7. Open the Settings menu via the cogwheel icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner.
8. Then tap on the PLAYER PROFILE button
9. Sign into your Facebook account by tapping the SIGN IN WITH FACEBOOK button.
10. Follow the onscreen instruction
When both devices have some significant progression, you will be prompted to make a choice between the different save games available. Simply pick the one you want to keep.

⚠️ Caution: Text Express in meant to be played on a single device. Switching back an forth between 2 devices might cause unwanted issues and loss of progression.
