You can certainly reset your game progress if you'd like to start over from the beginning! Here's a quick step-by-step in case you would like to Reset your Progress:

 

1. Open your Player Profile from the main menu (cogwheel ⚙️ top right of the screen)

2. Tap on Player Profile

3. Tap on Privacy & Data

3. Tap the red Reset Progress button

 

⚠️ WARNING: When you reset your progress, all of your unlocked content, high scores, journal entries, coins, diamonds, Tilly XP, and Friend Points will be permanently lost. This process is irreversible and cannot be undone!

 

 

Are you looking for something else? There's also an option in the game to Delete your Data. This is a full removal of your entire player profile from our databases. We only recommend doing this if you plan to stop playing Text Express entirely. Please use the option to Reset Progress if you just want to start over from the beginning.

 

⚠️ WARNING: When you delete your personal data, all of your purchases, current game progress, subscriber benefits, and any other information related to Text Express will be permanently removed from our databases! This should only be done if you are planning to leave the game and remove the app from your device. This process is irreversible and cannot be undone! Depending on database activity, in some cases it can take up to 7 days to expunge all data from our servers. During this time, it won't be possible to log into the game again.
