No worries—if your gamehouse+ benefits aren’t showing up, here’s how to get things back on track:
✅ Step 1: Check your Google account
Make sure you're logged into the same Google account you used to start your GameHouse subscription.
To verify:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Check that the GameHouse subscription is listed there
If it's not listed, you may be signed into the wrong Google account. Try switching to the correct one.
🔄 Step 2: Restore your subscription
Open the game where you originally started your subscription and:
Tap the menu or settings button
Choose Restore Purchase
(Need a hint? The game name is listed in your Play Store Subscriptions tab.)
📲 Step 3: Reinstall the gamehouse+ app
If you're still not seeing your benefits:
Uninstall and reinstall the gamehouse+ app and log in - ensure your subscription shows as active there.

After reinstalling, open the game and restore your subscription again from the settings menu.
🔁 Step 4: Force close and restart the game
Open your device’s Settings app
Tap Apps or Apps & Notifications
Find and tap the game
Tap Force Stop
Reopen the game
Your VIP member benefits should now be active! 💙
