If you're not receiving your VIP member perks in a game, don't worry—here’s how to fix it:

✅ Step 1: Confirm your subscription

Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to start your gamehouse+ VIP membership (also called GameHouse Subscription).

To check:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Look for GameHouse Subscription in the list

If it's not there, you may be logged into the wrong Apple ID. Try switching to the correct one.

🔄 Step 2: Restore your subscription

In the game where you originally started your VIP subscription:

  • Go to the main menu or settings

  • Tap Restore Purchase
    (If you're unsure which game it was, check the name listed on your Apple receipt.)

📲 Step 3: Reinstall the GameHouse app

If the above steps don’t work:

  • Uninstall and reinstall the gamehouse+ app and log in - ensure your subscription is showing as active there

Then:

  1. Open the game

  2. Go to the main menu or settings

  3. Tap Restore Purchase

🔁 Step 4: Force close and restart the game

  1. Open the app switcher:

    • On iPhones with a Home button: double tap the Home button

    • On iPhones without a Home button: swipe up from the bottom edge and pause

  2. Find the game and swipe it up to close it

  3. Reopen the game

Your VIP benefits should now be active! 🎉
