To receive the subscriber benefits within the game, you need to be signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe to GameHouse Original Stories mobile subscription. Sign in with a different Apple ID if you need to. You should see your GameHouse Original Stories subscription here:
  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
If you are still not receiving the subscriber benefits, restore your subscription from within the game where you originally started your subscription. The name of the game is mentioned to you on the receipt.

If this does not work, make sure to uninstall and reinstall the GameHouse Original Stories app (or install it if you don't have it yet: GameHouse Original Stories app)

Once completed successfully, close and restart the game:
  • Open the app switcher: double click the home button (or for iPhone X: swipe up from the bottom edge and pause in the center of the screen)
  • Find the game and swipe up on the game (this closes the game running in the background)
Your subscriber benefits should now be active. Be sure to contact us if you need any further help!
