If you're out of moves, don't worry as you'll be given the option to use your coins to purchase 5 extra moves. If you don't have enough or don't wish to use your coins, you'll be given the option to retry the level, which will deduct one of your hearts each time you retry. Moves cannot be purchased with real money.
