Most downloadable products are non-refundable. The same is true for items bought in our games. In rare cases, an exception could be made. For purchases made on an Android device, please contact us and we will look into your request. Make sure to include the following:
- Explanation of why the refund is needed
- A screenshot of your purchase receipt (you should have received this via email from Google Play after the purchase)
Make sure the receipt includes the transaction ID (looks like GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345).
