Whenever you purchase something, you should receive them in the game right away.
In some cases, it might take a while before they arrive. The purchase is still being processed in this case, so no need to try to buy the items again. The items should arrive once processed! If you haven't received the items after an hour or so, please try the following:
- Make sure you have a good network connection
- Double click the home button or, if you don't have a home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen
- Swipe right or left to find our game
- Swipe up on the game preview to close it
- Restart the game and check if the items are added now

Please be sure to include the name of the item you purchased and a screenshot of the order in your App Store purchase history. The order number needs to be included and looks something like this: AB1C2DE3F4. The steps below should help you to open the purchase history:
- Go to "Settings" on your device
- Tap on your Apple ID, at the top
- Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account
- In the Account window, tap Purchase history
- Click on the relevant order
