Oh no! If you can't hear the calming music or fun sounds in the game, please see below:
- Tap the Settings symbol in the game and ensure that the music and sounds are not crossed out.
- Force stop and restart the game: double click the home button (or for iPhone X: swipe up from the bottom edge and pause in the center of the screen), find the game and swipe up on the game. Open the game again.
- Turn your device off and on again.
That will usually get your sound back right away, if you still have no sound, please try this:
- Make sure your device is not muted and that the volume is high enough.
- Make sure your music player is turned off.
- Try plugging in and unplugging your headphones.
If it's still unsuccessful, open another app and check the sound there. If it does not work in the other app, the issue seems device related. Should you hear sound in another app, please contact us.
