Do I get the same bonuses everytime I level up?

The higher your player level, the more the bonuses. :)
Are there any benefits by leveling up?

Everytime you level up, you will receive certain bonuses like upgrade cards, hearts and diamonds.
How do I go up a level?

All you have to do is play levels to progress your player level. The more levels you play, the higher your player level.
