We collect data needed to offer you the best user experience. Examples of data we collect:
- Your progress and purchases made in Heart’s Medicine
- Which other GameHouse games you play
- Devices you use to play our games
- Your public IP address and country

We do not store credit card information, or any sensitive personal information

Why We Collect Data
We collect data for the following reasons:
- To save your progress, so you can uninstall and reinstall Heart’s Medicine without losing progress
- To improve the quality of our games
- To unlock multiple games and give the subscriber benefits in multiple games with a single subscription
- To learn how our games are played and optimize your player experience

Delete My Data
You have the right to be forgotten. To remove all personal data collected by GameHouse, please send us a message through the chat on the top right of the FAQs, and leave your email. All data collected regarding you will be removed. Within 30 days you will receive a confirmation.


Important: By removing your data, your experience of our games might result in game-breaking issues, or losing your progress. Your other games may be locked. Your GameHouse subscription will no longer function. Since we cannot cancel your subscription, you will have to cancel it in the app store. Once your data has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
