Allison’s hard work has earned her some fans in snuggford, these patients come in once a shift (they replace a regular patient OR doctor in e.g. the morgue) and order the same treatments this regular patient would have done. After being checked out, these patients go back into the waiting line again (as if they were a new patient) and begin their treatment queue again! This means the Superfan will be checked out twice, awarding double points. The Superfan can be upgraded in the shop.
