Try the suggestions below to get sound working:
- Check the game settings to make sure the music and sounds are turned on.
- Force stop and restart the game:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Apps & Notifications
- Tap the app (If you don't see it, first tap See all apps or App info)
- Tap Force Stop Restart the game.
If the sound is still not working, please try the following just in case:
- Turn your device off and on again.
- Make sure your device is not muted and that the volume is high enough.
- Make sure your music player is turned off.
- Try plugging in and unplugging your headphones.
- If it's still unsuccessful, open another app and check the sound there.
