If your game progress is no longer appearing but you never connected to Facebook to save your progress then don't worry: it should be possible to restore your game progress, one way or the other.

Just to make sure:

  • If you have a new device and want to restore your progress, please tap "Game progress & profile" in the top-left ↖️ and tap "I have a new device and want to restore my progress"
  • If you have connected the game to Facebook in the past, please tap "Game progress & profile" in the top-left ↖️ and tap "I have lost my game progress (although connected to Facebook)"

If you lost your progress but don't have a new device or never connected to Facebook, please contact us in the game ("Settings" (⚙️) - "Contact us") and provide the following information:

  • An indication of where you were in the game (season and episode)
  • The last date (approximately) where you still had your progress
  • The IP address of the connection that you use most frequently to play the game (Google "what is my ip" from that connection)
