Your billing cycle starts after the free trial period ends. The length of the free trial period can vary depending on the offer you accepted. Here’s how it works:
Free Trial Period:
- When you sign up for a subscription, you may be eligible for a free trial (e.g., 3 days or longer, depending on the promotion).
- During this trial, you won’t be charged, and you can enjoy the subscription benefits.
Billing Cycle:
- Once the free trial ends, your billing cycle begins, and the first payment is processed.
- For example:
- If your free trial is 3 days and you start it on July 19th, your first billing date will be July 22nd (72 hours later).
- From then on, your subscription will renew on the 22nd of each month.
Subscription Renewal:
- Your gamehouse+ subscription renews automatically—monthly or annually—based on the plan you chose. Renewals happen on the same calendar date as your original billing.
- If your free trial or subscription starts on a date that doesn’t exist in every month (e.g., the 31st), billing will occur on the last available day of the month.
Important Notes:
- To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the free trial ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store:
- For Apple: Manage Subscriptions on Apple
- For Google Play: Manage Subscriptions on Google Play
