Step 1: Verify and Cancel Duplicate Subscriptions

  1. Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on your iOS device.

  2. Access Subscriptions:

    • Tap your name at the top.
    • Select Subscriptions.
  3. Review Active Subscriptions:

    • Identify any duplicate subscriptions.
    • Tap the subscription you wish to cancel.
    • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Note: If you don’t see the Cancel Subscription option, the subscription may have already been canceled or is associated with a different Apple ID.

Step 2: Request a refund from Apple

  1. Visit Apple’s Refund Page: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

  2. Sign In: Enter your Apple ID credentials.

  3. Locate the Duplicate Purchase:

    • Find the transaction in question.
    • Click Report or Report a Problem next to the item.
  4. Select Refund Reason:

    • Choose an appropriate reason, such as "Unintended Purchase".
    • Provide any additional details if prompted.
  5. Submit the Request: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Note: Refund decisions are made by Apple. GameHouse does not have access to your Apple purchase history or billing information.

Step 3: Restore your active subscription

Once the duplicate is resolved, restore your active subscription to regain full access to your benefits.

  1. Open the Game: Launch the game associated with your subscription.

  2. Restore Purchases:

    • Navigate to the main menu or settings.
    • Tap Restore Purchases.
