Step 1: Verify and Cancel Duplicate Subscriptions
Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on your iOS device.
Access Subscriptions:
- Tap your name at the top.
- Select Subscriptions.
Review Active Subscriptions:
- Identify any duplicate subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Note: If you don’t see the Cancel Subscription option, the subscription may have already been canceled or is associated with a different Apple ID.
Step 2: Request a refund from Apple
Visit Apple’s Refund Page: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign In: Enter your Apple ID credentials.
Locate the Duplicate Purchase:
- Find the transaction in question.
- Click Report or Report a Problem next to the item.
Select Refund Reason:
- Choose an appropriate reason, such as "Unintended Purchase".
- Provide any additional details if prompted.
Submit the Request: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Note: Refund decisions are made by Apple. GameHouse does not have access to your Apple purchase history or billing information.
Step 3: Restore your active subscription
Once the duplicate is resolved, restore your active subscription to regain full access to your benefits.
Open the Game: Launch the game associated with your subscription.
Restore Purchases:
- Navigate to the main menu or settings.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
