Below are the steps to cancel your subscription on Apple (iOS) or Android devices. Please note that canceling a subscription will stop any future charges, but you will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

 

Apple:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Subscriptions from the list.
  4. Find the GameHouse subscription in the list of active subscriptions.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your cancellation.

Google:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find the GameHouse subscription in your list of active subscriptions.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
