Restoring your subscription ensures you regain access to all the benefits and features it provides. If you're unsure through which game/app the subscription was started, you can check this in your app store account (see instructions below). Follow the steps outlined for your device to restore your subscription through the game or the gamehouse+ app.
How to Check Where Your Subscription Was Started?
For iOS:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find your GameHouse subscription and tap it.
- The app or game where the subscription was initiated will be listed.
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
- Find your GameHouse subscription and tap it.
- The app or game where the subscription was initiated will be listed.
Steps to Restore Your Subscription
Once you’ve identified through which app/game the subscription was started, restore it directly from there.
Restore Through the gamehouse+ app (all devices):
- Download the gamehouse+ app from this link: GameHouse App Download.
- Go to the Profile tab
- Create an account or login
- Tap on Restore
Restore Through a Game (all devices):
- Open the game where the subscription was started on
- In the main menu (☰) find the restore button (you might need to play a few levels before it appears)
